Job Description

As a Floor Clerk, you will be on the front lines of customer service, greeting shoppers and assisting with inquiries while ensuring our store floor is clean and organized. Your role will also involve managing stock levels and processing transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and unpack merchandise from suppliers.
  • Ensure proper labeling and pricing of products.
  • Assist customers with locating products and answering questions.
  • Keep the sales floor clean and organized.
  • Support store inventory efforts and help with counts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance shopper experience.
  • Manage store promotions and ensure effective product displays.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate
Experience
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not essential.
