Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative at Customer Solutions Ltd., you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary role will involve assisting customers with their inquiries and providing effective solutions to their issues. You will play an integral role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless communication between the company and its clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to customers through various channels.
  • Address and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions for reference.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of support documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma or degree in Customer Service or Business Management is preferable
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with customer support software
Soft Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Zulu: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Bilingual candidates preferred: Ability to communicate in both English and Zulu is a plus.
