E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an E-commerce Manager who will be responsible for developing and overseeing our online sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce, as well as knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Drive the e-commerce strategy to achieve significant online growth.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the customer journey.
• Handle all aspects of e-commerce operations, including logistics and inventory management.
• Work closely with IT and design teams to enhance the user interface.
• Develop promotional strategies to boost sales during key retail periods.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
• Foster partnerships with e-commerce platforms and service providers.
• Stay current on e-commerce trends and technology advancements.
• Prepare regular reports for executive leadership on e-commerce performance.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on e-commerce best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
