Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator to oversee and manage various administrative tasks in our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and knowledge of healthcare regulations to ensure efficient operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and oversee clinic operations and administrative workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Liaise with patients to facilitate their healthcare journeys.
  • Manage the administrative budget and financial transactions.
  • Assist in the hiring and training of new employees.
  • Maintain effective communication within the staff and with external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports and statistics.
  • Implement and manage healthcare policies and procedures effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, prefer healthcare focus
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in healthcare administration or management roles
