Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate patient care activities, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative operations and ensure effective communication.
• Develop strategies to streamline healthcare processes.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Manage inventory and supplies for the facility.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Participate in strategic planning and operational meetings.
• Provide support for healthcare initiatives and projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or Nursing
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in healthcare management roles

Certifications

• Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE)
