Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coat Painter to join our team in Johannesbur g. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying powder coating to metal products, ensuring that they meet our high quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience and be familiar with various powder coating techniques.

Responsibilities

• Set up powder coating equipment and prepare batches for production.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed within specified timeframes.
• Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Communicate with team members to coordinate workflow.
• Train new employees on safe operating procedures and equipment usage.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Painting and Coatings Certification or equivalent experience

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in powder coating painting
