Job Description

We are searching for a passionate Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies that resonate with our company's vision and mission. You'll be steering initiatives around employee engagement, talent acquisition, and performance management while ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive talent management strategy.
  • Advise leadership on HR best practices and policy development.
  • Coordinate recruitment campaigns and job fairs.
  • Lead employee satisfaction surveys and action planning.
  • Ensure the effective resolution of disputes and grievances.
  • Facilitate performance appraisal processes and talent reviews.
  • Collaborate with external partners for training and development programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
  • Prepare and present HR performance reports to the executive team.
  • Champion employer branding and recruitment marketing.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Postgraduate degree in HR would be beneficial
