Responsibilities

• Design customized learning solutions based on employee input and requirements.
• Implement coaching and mentoring programs within the company.
• Evaluate the learning culture and recommend improvements.
• Assist in promoting training programs to drive participation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in L&D.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather feedback on training initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Training Management
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in corporate training and management

Technical Skills

• Training Needs Analysis

Certifications

• Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP)
• Facilitation Skills Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
