We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our HR operations in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR policies and practices, enabling them to effectively manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Implement and monitor HR policies to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives for all staff.
• Support and advise management on HR-related issues.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
• Develop and drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication of company policies to employees.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of comprehensive HR experience
