Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our HR operations in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR policies and practices, enabling them to effectively manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This role is crucial in aligning our HR strategies with the overall objectives of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for all staff.
  • Support and advise management on HR-related issues.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
  • Develop and drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure effective communication of company policies to employees.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional HR certification is advantageous
