Job Description

Join our team as an HR Generalist where your expertise will support our employees and drive our HR initiatives. You will be engaging with all levels of staff while managing recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement programs. Your insights will be essential in developing HR policies that align with company goals and promote a productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the hiring process to attract and retain top talent.
• Support the development of employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process for exiting employees.
• Ensure HR compliance records are updated and maintained accurately.
• Assist in performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Postgraduate diploma in HR is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in an HR role
