Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and adjust as necessary.
• Lead training sessions for new instructors on online teaching methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development or a related field
• Higher diploma in education or e-learning is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in virtual teaching or education management
