Join our Johannesburg office as a Recruitment Consultant where you will be responsible for identifying top talent and advising clients on talent acquisition strategies. This dynamic role requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for people, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job advertisement to candidate placement.
  • Utilising online recruitment tools to identify and screen potential candidates.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Conducting reference checks and background screenings for candidates.
  • Organising recruitment events and job fairs to attract talent.
  • Providing training and guidance to junior recruitment staff.
  • Leveraging social media to enhance the company's employer branding.
  • Participating in networking events to promote the company and its offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant HR or Business degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
