Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing top talent, and enhancing our employer brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with candidates and provide timely feedback.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Develop recruitment marketing materials to promote open positions.
  • Monitor candidates' progress through the recruitment pipeline.
  • Administer skills assessments as part of the selection process.
  • Provide training to hiring managers on interview techniques.
  • Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
  • Evaluate and recommend recruitment software and tools.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
  • Host informational sessions about the company for potential recruits.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
  • Master's degree in HR or related field is advantageous

  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition
