• Foster relationships with community organizations to create a support network for clients.
• Educate clients about available resources and services to improve their circumstances.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in social work or related field

Technical Skills

• Counseling
• Crisis intervention

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Communication

Certifications

• Registered Social Worker (RSW)
• CPR and First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
