Job Description

Premier Events Co. is seeking an enthusiastic Event Planner to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity, strong organizational skills, and a passion for bringing events to life. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Create innovative and engaging event concepts.
  • Monitor event budgets and track spending.
  • Develop marketing materials and social media strategies.
  • Conduct client surveys for future enhancements.
  • Assist in recruiting and training junior event staff.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations post-event.
  • Supervise event setups and break downs.
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout all interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in the events industry, specifically on high-profile events
