We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hospitality Manager to take charge of operations at our esteemed hotel in Cape Town. The successful candidate will have a flair for hospitality, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to providing unforgettable guest experiences.

Job Responsibilities
  • Direct hotel operations with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and staff performance.
  • Assist in the planning of promotional events and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with guests to solicit feedback and enhance their experience.
  • Prepare regular reports on hotel performance and guest feedback for management.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Hotel Management Software Proficient in using hotel management software for operations.
  • Financial Management Strong skills in budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Communication Exceptional communication skills for guest interaction and team coordination.
  • Leadership Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate staff.
  • Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA)
  • First Aid Certification
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Proficient)
Advantageous
  • Fluency in multiple languages: Ability to communicate in several languages to accommodate international guests.
  • Previous experience with event management: Track record of organizing successful events and functions.
