We are seeking a Training and Development Manager who can lead initiatives that enhance our staff's skills and improve overall performance. The successful candidate will develop training programs tailored to employee needs and organisational goals. Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging training materials.
  • Implement e-learning solutions for remote training.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback on training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with external training providers as necessary.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.
  • Utilise data analytics to track training outcomes and improvement areas.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Training and Development or a similar discipline
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Certification in Learning and Development: Holding a recognized certification in Learning and Development will be a plus.
