Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Learning Experience Manager to enhance our employee training initiatives in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and experience in developing engaging learning programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive learning experiences.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps.
  • Integrate technology into learning solutions for greater engagement.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees on learning opportunities.
  • Develop partnerships with external learning providers.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
  • Create reports to showcase the impact of learning initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards in training programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Adult Education or Organizational Development is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in a leadership role within learning and development
