Job Description

As a Parlor Chaperone, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will include overseeing activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and providing assistance whenever needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them through the parlor facilities.
• Supervise and assist during special events and functions.
• Conduct safety drills and ensure emergency procedures are understood by all staff.
• Keep management informed of significant occurrences or guest feedback.
• Assist in training new staff members on guest interaction protocols.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parlor offerings and activities.
• Conduct regular checks on facilities to ensure optimal condition.
• Support team members in providing high-quality service.
• Manage guest check-in/check-out processes.

Requirements

Education

• Hospitality Management Certificate or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.

Languages

• English: Fluent
