Job Description

We are hiring a Hotel Manager in Johannesburg who will oversee all operations and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a managerial role within the hotel industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures.
• Manage and lead the hotel's staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest services and resolve any guest complaints effectively.
• Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy rates and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote the hotel and its services effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
