Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy rates and revenue generation.
Collaborate with marketing to promote the hotel and its services effectively.
Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
