Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable Social Security Specialist to manage compliance with social security regulations and administer benefit programs. The successful candidate will provide support to employees, conduct audits, and stay updated on regulations, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with social security regulations daily.
  • Administer benefit programs and provide employees with necessary information and support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to social security issues.
  • Develop and implement processes to streamline social security compliance.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for staff on social security benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for program enhancements.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on social security issues to management.
  • Advise employees on their entitlements and benefits.
  • Engage with governmental bodies regarding social security matters.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits administration.

Certifications

Languages
