Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Administrator to oversee our healthcare operations in Cape Town. You will play a vital role in ensuring efficient service delivery and support to healthcare providers and patients alike. The ideal candidate should have a sharp understanding of healthcare policies and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative functions and ensure effective communication within the team.
  • Support patient care initiatives and resolve any service issues.
  • Implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular staff training and performance reviews.
  • Finalize patient billing processes and insurance claims.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national healthcare policies.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to inform management decisions.
  • Promote a positive experience for both staff and patients.
  • Evaluate healthcare staff needs and propose recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare trends and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Health Services Administration is preferred
