• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review and approve engineering drawings and specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance innovation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Mechanical Systems Design

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Mechanical Engineer (CME)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous involvement in R&D projects: Hands-on experience in research and development initiatives.
