• Assist in developing new underwriting guidelines.

• Monitor and report on the performance of insurance products.
• Contribute to strategic planning sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, or Business
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in underwriting or a relevant field

Technical Skills

• Underwriting Software Proficiency
• Financial Analysis

• Team Leadership
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU)
• Insurance Risk Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans: Ability to communicate fluently in Afrikaans is an asset.
