Job Description

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be the driving force behind improving our customers' interactions with our brand. You will be responsible for strategizing and implementing customer experience initiatives that enhance satisfaction and loyalty. A strong focus on data analysis will help us understand customer needs and shape our services accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage customer experience projects from inception to completion.
  • Engage with customers through surveys and feedback to gauge satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product teams to influence service improvements.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on customer insights.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in customer interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • MBA preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience management
