Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients in Johannesburg. Your role will involve assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer requests and complaints with expertise and empathy.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate
  • Certificate in Customer Service or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in customer support or related fields
