Responsibilities

• Conduct routine examinations and diagnostic tests on animals.
• Provide emergency care to injured animals.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners about treatment options.
• Guide and supervise veterinary technicians.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Engage in client education and provide advice on pet care.
• Contribute to improving clinic processes and patient care.
• Support the mentoring of junior veterinarians and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in veterinary medicine preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic

Advantageous
