The Scout Work Director will lead and manage various scout work operations, ensuring smooth execution of programs and adherence to safety protocols. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and community engagement to foster developmental growth amongst scouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive strategic initiatives for scout programs.
• Evaluate and improve existing scout programs based on community feedback.
• Foster a positive team culture and provide mentorship.
• Engage with local organizations to expand community outreach.
• Organize workshops and events to promote scout values.
• Assist in fundraising and grant writing for new projects.
• Manage daily operational tasks to ensure efficiency.
• Track and report on fundraising efforts and project outcomes.
• Facilitate communication among team members and external stakeholders.
• Maintain records of scout activities and achievements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in scout work or community service.
