Responsibilities

• Generate and implement innovative event ideas that align with client objectives.
• Assess risks and troubleshoot issues as they arise during events.
• Track and report on event performance metrics and KPIs.
• Train and manage junior team members or interns.
• Conduct post-event evaluations with clients for feedback and improvements.
