We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee our operations in Durban. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of hotel management. You'll be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and working on marketing strategies to promote our hotel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the reception area and manage front desk operations.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to staff.
• Create and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
• Work with the General Manager on strategic planning for the hotel.
• Participate in community engagement and marketing activities.
• Ensure that all guest facilities are maintained to a high standard.

Advantageous
