Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling
• Landscaping and Urban Design

Soft Skills

• Team leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Building Performance Institute Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in architectural visualization software: Experience with software such as Lumion or V-Ray for photorealistic designs.
• Ability to conduct client workshops: Experience in facilitating design workshops with clients for collaborative project development.
