Responsibilities

• Lead structural design discussions and present findings to senior management.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose engineering solutions to mitigate potential issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to enhance project delivery.
• Coordinate with municipal authorities regarding permits and regulations.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide training opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Postgraduate qualification in Structural Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural design

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Project Management Software

• LEED Accreditation
