Job Description

As a UX Designer at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a pivotal role in designing user-centered experiences. You will be responsible for conducting usability testing, designing wireframes and interactive prototypes, and collaborating with developers to ensure your designs are implemented accurately. Candidates should have a strong portfolio demonstrating their design process and problem-solving skills.

• Lead the creation and optimization of wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations and audits of our current designs.

• Utilize analytics to make informed design decisions.
• Communicate design rationale effectively to various stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX design
