Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager at Construction Solutions Ltd., you will oversee and manage a variety of construction projects in Durban. Your expertise will guide projects from conception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met and that safety protocols are adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Evaluate project progress and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project.
• Implement project management software solutions for efficiency.
• Prepare final project reports and conduct post-project evaluations.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective project management.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulations affecting project execution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Project Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing construction projects

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
