Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to nurture client relationships and facilitate their success with our products. You will play a key role in onboarding, training, and supporting clients, helping them leverage our solutions to achieve optimal outcomes. The ideal candidate should have a customer-centric mindset and a strong desire to enhance client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the onboarding process to ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide ongoing support and training for users to maximize product utilization.
  • Monitor account health and identify risks to customer retention.
  • Collaborate with product teams to advocate for customer needs.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
  • Record and track customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on usage patterns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in software or technology
