Join our team as an HR Generalist in Cape Town where you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that drive employee engagement and performance. This role involves a mix of talent acquisition, staff development and compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Implement and evaluate HR initiatives that promote employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to address HR issues and improve workplace processes.
• Advise staff on HR policies, payroll queries, and benefits.
• Oversee health and safety regulations and ensure workplace compliance.
• Manage talent retention strategies through effective employee engagement.
• Compile HR reports for management review.
• Lead projects that enhance employee development and organizational performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or similar
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years HR experience with exposure to all HR functions
