Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This role is crucial for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts for various roles within the company.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and inquiries.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues and performance management.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and practices.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and compliance.
  • Engage with employees to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Facilitate training sessions on HR-related topics.
  • Represent the HR department in internal meetings and discussions.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Additional HR qualifications are a plus
Experience
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in an HR role
