Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of residential architectural projects.
• Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and constraints.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Mentor junior architects and collaborate with other team members.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate project progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp for design presentations.
• Create presentations and proposals to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Engage with stakeholders to integrate feedback and enhance design quality.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Architecture or related field

Experience

• 5-7 years of professional experience in residential projects

Technical Skills

• BIM
• Presentation Software

Languages

• Afrikaans: Conversational
