E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Manager to oversee our online retail strategy in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enhancing e-commerce performance, driving online sales, and optimizing the customer journey. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing and logistics to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations and manage related budgets.
• Enhance the online shopping journey through effective UX/UI strategies.
• Identify and implement new e-commerce technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Engage with customers through various digital touchpoints to boost engagement.
• Perform regular audits on e-commerce practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Business, or Marketing
• MBA with a focus on E-commerce preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in online retail or e-commerce management

Technical Skills

• E-commerce analytics tools
• Project Management tools (Asana, Trello)

Certifications

• Google Ads Certification
• E-commerce Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
