Join our dynamic team as a Barber Shop Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services while managing the daily operations of our barber shop. You will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and maintaining the shop's high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional grooming services, taking time to understand client preferences.
  • Regularly update client records to personalize their grooming experience.
  • Effectively manage bookings and appointments to minimize wait times.
  • Provide style recommendations based on current trends and client desires.
  • Actively promote the barber shop's services and special offers to clients.
  • Assist in managing online reviews and responding to feedback.
  • Create a welcoming environment that encourages social interaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to health and safety.
  • Organize training sessions for staff to enhance service delivery.
  • Lead by example in providing great customer service at all times.

Requirements

Education
  • Barbering diploma or equivalent
  • Business management certification is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 3 years of barbering experience, with managerial experience preferred.
