Job Description

The Boat Camp Operator will be responsible for managing and operating a boat camp, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests. This role involves overseeing daily operations, staff management, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall operations of the boat camp, ensuring smooth functionality.
• Train and mentor camp staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
• Develop promotional activities to attract new visitors.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for budget management.
• Maintain camp facilities and equipment in good working condition.
• Engage with guests to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Manage event planning and coordination for camp activities.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Management or Tourism-related Qualification is desirable

Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience in the tourism or adventure sector with supervisory responsibilities.
