As an Artillery and Missile Officer, you will oversee the daily operations of the Weapons Department, ensuring maintenance and readiness of all artillery and missile systems. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the compliance with military protocols concerning weapons handling.
• Foster a culture of safety within the department.
• Continuously improve processes for weapon deliveries and maintenance.
• Identify areas for team development and improve training resources.
• Supervise the maintenance of the weapons department facility.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 10+ years in a leadership role within the defense industry

Technical Skills

• Inventory management software expertise
• Knowledge of security systems

Languages

• English: Fluent
