Responsibilities

• Diagnose appliance issues accurately and efficiently.
• Repair or replace malfunctioning components of appliances.
• Educate clients on proper appliance use and maintenance.
• Maintain records of client interactions and completed repairs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Work collaboratively with other service team members.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in appliance repair preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in home appliance repair

Technical Skills

• Refrigeration systems knowledge
• HVAC system knowledge

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Time management

Advantageous

• Ability to work flexible hours: Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends.
• Knowledge of local building codes: Understanding of building regulations and code compliance.
