Production Worker - Cable Respooler

Job Description

We are seeking a Cable Respooler to join our production team. In this role, you will rewind and respool cables according to specific standards, ensuring quality and efficiency in our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cable respooling machines.
• Monitor the quality of the cables throughout the production process.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Compile daily production reports and statistics.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
• Engage in problem-solving activities to enhance workflow efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification related to manufacturing is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience
