Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Blast Furnace Checker to oversee production lines. Your expertise will help us optimize furnace operations, enhance efficiencies, and uphold high safety standards across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of blast furnace operations and document findings.
• Review process parameters and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with Process Engineers to optimize furnace performance.
• Work alongside the Quality Control team to ensure consistent product quality.
• Conduct quality control tests on raw materials and final products.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
• Participate in troubleshooting and industry best practices.
• Promote a culture of safety within the team by following established protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications in metallurgical processes is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in blast furnace operations or related field

Languages
