Job Description

We are seeking an innovative Industrial Engineer to drive efficiency and productivity in our Rustenburg facility. Your role will involve assessing existing systems, developing strategic plans, and leading initiatives that result in tangible improvements across our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and redesign systems to improve current production methods.
• Conduct feasibility studies for process improvements.
• Coordinate cross-departmental projects to drive operational efficiency.
• Utilize data analysis to identify trends and improve workflows.
• Ensure all engineering projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead initiatives that support sustainability and environmental goals.
• Develop metrics and benchmarks to measure performance.
• Oversee the implementation of industry best practices in engineering.
• Collaborate with suppliers to optimize the supply chain.
• Assist in developing training programs for production staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in manufacturing
