Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer. In this position, you will assess current operational practices, design new workflows, and collaborate with teams to implement sustainable, cost-effective solutions across our manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time-and-motion studies to improve productivity
• Recommend equipment upgrades to enhance manufacturing efficiency
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for process enhancements
• Implement capex projects to drive operational efficiencies
• Facilitate continuous improvement workshops with team members
• Develop risk management strategies for production processes
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in process optimization within a manufacturing environment

Certifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with simulation modeling: Practical experience in process simulation and modeling.
• Familiarity with quality management systems: Understanding of ISO standards and quality control methods.
