Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our East London office. In this role, you will identify and attract exceptional candidates, manage relationships with clients, and provide insights into market trends. Your contributions will help our clients achieve their hiring goals and foster a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Identify key talent markets and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Engage with passive candidates through proactive outreach.
• Provide market intelligence to clients regarding talent availability.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment practices.
• Participate in performance reviews of new hires to assess fit and development.
• Develop creative job advertisements to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for hiring managers.
• Engage with alumni networks and past candidates for potential opportunities.
• Promote the company's employer brand through effective storytelling.
• Manage and resolve candidate queries throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
• Master's degree in HR Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
