Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will be responsible for supporting various HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and drive organisational success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate HR projects and collaborate with various departments.
  • Implement effective performance appraisal systems.
  • Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to policies.
  • Provide coaching and counselling to employees.
  • Assist in succession planning and talent management.
  • Prepare HR reports for management review.
  • Participate in professional development to stay updated on HR trends.
  • Manage health and safety programs within the workplace.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • Master's degree is an asset
