Join our team as an Employee Relations Officer, where you will support our HR function by developing policies that promote a positive work culture. Collaborate with departments to address employee issues and foster a harmonious workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive relationship between employees and management.
• Address and resolve employees' grievances and disputes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
• Conduct training sessions on workplace policies and procedures.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and align them with organizational policies.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and programs.
• Act as a mediator in workplace disputes.
• Provide guidance on best practices in employee relations.
• Monitor workplace climate and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in employee relations or HR
